Its location was stunning, just off many shops and restaurants and attractions eg Victoria Terminus, Gateway to India. The room I booked was not kept clean and available with out exus fans.

The room of place was neat and well-equipped with balcony. The location was excellent and beautiful, close to General Post Office. Moreover, it was so close to all the attractions in South MumbaiOverall, the train station / Post office and fort and colaba.

Our room was tidy with all amenities available at throw away rates, just what was needed. The food was outstanding - plenty of options.

Our deluxe twin room was large and bright, had city view. The breakfast was great, the check in was early. The location in a quiet area was magnificent and stunning and there were shops and a market nearby. Local fast food option Chai pe Charcha was 10 minutes walk away...

Everything was excellent, the parking was nearby, the room was tidy. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with out exus fans, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its beautiful, very central location was a plus.

Hotel as a whole is cute little and quirky, I greatly enjoyed it.

all in all they offer great service. the rooms are generous-sized and wonderful with a balcony, tea, coffee, and a carpet. it has beautiful location to the airport on the final night for an early departure at the end of the trip, in a pretty quiet area.

The location of Grand Hotel Mumbai - Ballard Estate, Fort is superb. It is situated in the quiet corner of the Fort district, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, showcasing the charm of the old building. Despite being an old establishment, the decor had a certain charm about it. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Built in 1922 the hotel is authentically Indian and not in any way pretentious. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. However it is not a particularly memorable or striking hotel. We will probably go there again when we return to Mumbai, but more for convenience than because we think it is a stunnning place to stay.

The breakfast is terrible! Congealed scrambled egg (or fried egg) and canned weak fruit juice.

This hotel was located in a central area so close to an old business district, great restaurants and major landmarks. It also was in lovely neighbourhood. The rooms where a nice size and beds - really nice. Pleased it had a walk-in shower.
